- The shopping cart is there for your convenience and for the moment is driven by the dreaded PayPal .
Shipping: All base pricing is for a download of a PDF file (using secure FTP protocols), there is no additional handling charge for download. Most files are too large to send as email attachments. Download links will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receipt of the order , typically less than 8 hours. Please be sure we have a valid email address for you. Make sure that your spam filters and external email screening systems have manuals@artekmanuals.com and henderson47@embarqmail.com listed as allowable. Requests from your email screening service asking us to fill out a form will be answered once the snow in Hell reaches about 3 feet (1 meter) in depth. Contact us direct for orders that need expedited shipping.
Multi-manual order discounts: We offer discounts on multi-manual orders placed at the time of order. At this time the check out cart is unable to calculate the discount automatically. You can go ahead and check out and we will refund you the difference or you can contact us direct with the details of your order and we will send you a custom PayPal invoice reflecting the discount

- For the purpose of discounts a multi manuals compilation listed as a “set” counts a 1 manual.
Placing an order without using the CART: IF for any reason you do not wish to use the cart to place your order, please contact us direct at manuals@artekmanuals.com and we will be happy to manually process your order.
